Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Brass Bathroom Collection. If something isn't right, our 14-day returns policy is set out below, along with a simple form to start a return.

Our 14-day return policy

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • the item is unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging;
  • all fixings, fittings and accessories are included; and
  • you have contacted us first using the form below to request a return.

To be eligible, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, the item should be sent back to us promptly and in protective packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty or we have made an error, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days using the form below and we will put it right at no cost to you, including any return postage.

Special order & bespoke items

Items marked as Special Order, along with any bespoke or made-to-order pieces, are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
